How Water Wise Insights Works

  1. Initial Water Usage Analysis

    • We begin by analyzing your property’s current water usage patterns. This detailed assessment helps us identify key areas for improvement and predict potential savings.

  2. Predictive Savings Estimates

    • Before installation, we provide predictions on how much we anticipate your water usage will decrease. This sets clear expectations for your savings.

  3. Installation of Water Conservation Products

    • Our program includes the installation of advanced water conservation products:

      • Toilet Sensors: Allow the toilet tank to fill only when occupancy is detected, minimizing running toilets and water waste.

      • AI-Controlled Shower Heads: Automatically reduce flow to 10% when water reaches 101°F, returning to full flow when the user steps in. The shower will shut off after 8 minutes of no motion, preventing waste.

      • Low Flow Sink Aerators: Reduce water flow while maintaining performance.

      • Low Flow Shower Heads: Conserve water during showers without compromising comfort.

  4. Baseline Water Usage Establishment

    • After installation, we establish a baseline for water usage to accurately measure the impact of our conservation efforts. This enables us to effectively monitor for any spikes in usage, allowing us to support your maintenance team or dispatch our technicians to identify the cause of the spike and make the necessary repairs.
